SHIPPING:

• We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
• We thrive to deliver within 3 to 4 working days, across the country. We ask you to provide us with your full address upon order to avoid any delays.
• Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process and will be charged in AED currency.
• For all GCC orders, the customer will be responsible for all destination Related Charges such as Clearing and Handling, Customs, or VAT. Some or all these charges incurred in your country will be invoiced separately to you by the Courier. Most couriers will only deliver to you after all additional charges are settled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

• You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the dispatch date with no additional charges.
• The item must be returned in its original conditions and packing material, complete of any accessories, tags and instructions, with a copy of the delivery note and the same packaging it was shipped in (or an equivalent one).
