We are pleased to exchange any item you purchase from the site or refund the paid money, according to the conditions specified in the section below:

You may return or exchange your purchase within 20 days from the dispatch date with no additional charges.

The item must be returned in its original conditions and packing material, complete of any accessories, tags and instructions, with a copy of the delivery note and the same packaging it was shipped in (or an equivalent one). If present, tags must be intact, in brand-new conditions and still attached to the product.

NAURASONLINE.COM reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.

All items must be returned and exchanged at one of our branches and cannot be returned by mail. 

Once the return has been received and the goods have been checked for integrity in compliance with our returns policy, NAURASONLINE.COM will refund the cost of the returned product(s) within 14 days. Refunds will be payable with the same payment method chosen at the moment of purchase with a small deduction fees. Shipping charges for returned goods are not refundable.

NAURASONLINE.COM cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping nor will refund the value of the goods wholly or partially.
