SHIPPING:

• We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
• We thrive to deliver within 3 to 4 working days, across the country. We ask you to provide us with your full address upon order to avoid any delays.
• Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process and will be charged in AED currency.
• For all GCC orders, the customer will be responsible for all destination Related Charges such as Clearing and Handling, Customs, or VAT. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

• You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the dispatch date with no additional charges.
• The item must be returned in its original conditions and packing material, complete of any accessories, tags and instructions, with a copy of the delivery note and the same packaging it was shipped in (or an equivalent one).
